How Often Should I Have Reiki?

A very common question that I receive is, "How often should I receive a Reiki session?"

By the way if you missed the previous posts in this series, click here.

Some people will actually prescribe, "You need to come this often," but that's very difficult to do.

It's really dependent on your own unique situation and what you are getting out of it. What is it that you are accomplishing? What is your intention? What do you want your outcome to be?

For example, when I started receiving Reiki sessions, I had a lot of stressful things going on in life, and I had a Reiki sessions every week for several months. That was my regular self-care practice that I prescribed for me at the time.

If you are working on a particular physical symptom or issue that you have, you might need more regular sessions. If you are just doing it for self-care and you're in maintenance mode, you might want consider having monthly session. That's what I did. After weekly, I then went to monthly sessions, just sort of as a regular maintenance for my body, like that car, tuning up that car, having a regular maintenance, getting that regular oil change.

So bottom line, it's going to depend on what you want to achieve in your own individual situation. How often, is something we can talk about, depending on your own unique scenario and what you want to achieve.

I hope all of these tips have been useful to you so far. If you have any questions, you can reach out. If you want more information, you can go to liveyouryellowbrickroad.com.
