✨ When the Veil Lifts: What We Witnessed in Breathwork

Have you ever wondered what happens when we open our breath so deeply that the veil between worlds begins to thin? Sometimes the unseen makes itself visible—and it changes everything.

In many of my events, I share that there is the presence of beings supporting us. Sometimes, they specifically make themselves known and sometimes, it’s just a feeling, a sense, a knowing.

Something extraordinary unfolded during our recent breathwork journey in The Light System room at Regeneration Station. In a short video captured, totally unknown and by accident, orbs of radiant light were clearly visible—moving gently through the space as if echoing the rhythm of our breath. Many of us had already felt the presence of something greater, and this was a beautiful confirmation.

From a mystical perspective, these orbs can be understood as allies of light—spirit companions drawn to moments when the veil is thin and the heart is open. Their role is not to interfere, but to witness, to support, to amplify, and to remind us that we are never alone in our transformation.

From an energetic view, they can also be seen as natural manifestations of the high-frequency field we create together. As our nervous systems synchronize through breath, the vibration of the room rises, and these phenomena appear—expressions of coherence, healing, and support.

Whether we see them as energy or as spirit, their purpose is the same: to hold us steady, magnify our healing, and affirm that unseen forces walk with us on this path.
