You may have noticed that training length and cost can vary. In the United States, I have seen variations ranging in duration from 3-hours to a full day, and from $100 to $500 per level for levels one and two. Depending on how levels three and four are taught, these can range up to $1,500.00.

Take a wholistic approach and consider all factors, including what is important to you, the teacher’s credentials, the training style, and what is / isn’t covered, and hands-on practice.

Evaluate the overall value rather than just the cost. Consider Reiki training is an energetic and healing investment for yourself and what that is worth to you. Also consider that if you plan to add this as a service you offer, you’ll most likely get a financial return in just two three sessions.
