About the event
Our practice on Sundays will be Kundalini or Hatha Yoga. Â
As space is limited, advanced registration is REQUIRED. Â
This yoga practice is offered on a donation basis. Â Â Accepted payments: cash, Venmo, PayPal, credit cards, in advance or on the day.
If circumstances change your ability to attend, please let us know 72-hours in advance so we can ensure space is released for others to attend
Dress comfortable and if you have a favorite yoga mat, blanket, yoga props, or water bottle, feel free to bring.
It's recommended not to have any heavy meals at least 1-hour prior to workshop.
