If you’ve wanted to try meditating but were unsure how, these  gentle and guided meditations are perfect for beginners & experienced.

You'll learn how meditation fits into yoga, different ways to meditate and what meditation is and is not.

Dress is casual & comfortable.

Meditations will take place at Main Street Fitness/Gym in DeFuniak.  No advanced registration required.
