About the event
“For breath is life, and if you breathe well you will live long on earth.” –Sanskrit proverb
It’s long been known in yogic traditions that breath is essential to life, and by controlling the breath, you can influence every aspect of your life. Research has shown benefits of a regular practice of simple, deep breathing, include reduced anxiety & stress, increased energy levels, improved sleep, improved immunity, and much more.
Breathwork activates your parasympathetic nervous system, detoxifies the body, increases oxygen to the brain, activating brain centers.
There is also a growing appreciation in the medical community for the positive impacts that deep breathing can have on the physiology, both in the mind and the body.
In this intense and gratifying workshop is about RELEASE, RELEASE, RELEASE!
You will use breathe to:
· clear, move and release stagnant energy in your body
· release old emotions, limiting beliefs, and traumas that are stored in your body
This is unlike any breathwork you’ve done in your yoga class.
Joanne’s breath workshops blends the 2-stage Pranayama Breath, taught by world renown breath expert, David Elliott, and blended together with her expertise in other healing modalities.
Each workshop will be themed with a specific area of focus. You can join for the particular theme, or just for an overall cleanse & maintenance of your mind, body, soul!

Dress is comfortable and for the weather.
It is recommended to bring your favorite yoga mat, blanket, pillow, eye pillow/mask, journal & pen, your water bottle, and maybe even some Kleenex :-)
It is also suggested to not eat heavy meals an hour before the workshop (don't come with a full tummy)

About Your Facilitator, Joanne Klepal
What is it that holds you back, that stops you from creating and living your life to your fullest potential? What is it that holds you back from living your life on purpose and with purpose?
I am Joanne Klepal, and I began my personal development and transformation journey over 12 years ago of letting go of all the burdens and traumas that followed me throughout my life which held me back for so long and kept me in a box.
A journey that allowed me to let go of all the things ‘you should do’, and instead allowed me to become who I was meant to be.
Now, my life is completely different! I haven’t just written new chapters of my life; I’ve created new volumes, year after year, accomplishing things I would never dare to dream of before, like writing a book and sky diving.
A few years ago, I took a leap off the corporate ladder and began travelling the world to learn many of the same skills, techniques, and healing modalities that I applied to myself including breathwork, energy healing, (including Reiki Master Teacher - Usui, Holy Fire® III and Karuna Reiki®, Asian Bio-Energetic Therapy, EFT, Ho’oponopono) Neuro-Linguistic Programming, TimeLine Therapy™, Hypnotherapy, and so much more, so I can help you and others along your journey.
I have lived, trained, and practiced in England, India, Thailand, USA and traveled to more than 50 countries, and now happy have my feet on the ground in the Florida panhandle, so I can be of service to you.
