Breathwork is an active meditation technique that takes us out of the head and deep into the heart and gut, the place where the felt sense lives, the home of our intuition. 

This 3 part Breath is part catharsis part adult temper tantrum. It provides access to stuck energies and outdated patterns to create space for energy to move and flow. I hold a safe and sacred container that allows you to be held during the deep release. 

Doing this work in communities allows us to connect on a raw, vulnerable level. This creates an opportunity for our circle to deepen.
