About the event

Thanksgiving is a time for gratitude, but this feeling & experience of gratitude, of love, can get lost with the triggers of family, past events, and just the stress of it all.

This active breath meditation will allow you to center & balance yourself.  Preparing you to manage your Thanksgiving day with grace & gratitude.

Recommendations for a smooth experience:

- dress is comfortable

- be in a quiet, undisturbed space (even if that means shooing everybody out :-) - set your boundaries, this is YOUR time FOR PEACE OF MIND)

- you will be laying down, so have your favorite yoga mat, blanket, pillow, eye pillow/mask, journal & pen, your water bottle, and maybe even some Kleenex :-)

- turn off & silence all technology & phones that  you're not using for zoom

- log into Zoom a couple minutes before the call to ensure your technology is running smoothly

 It is also recommended not to have a heavy tummy within an hour prior to meditation.

This meditation is provided on a donation basis.  If you'd like to offer an exchange donation, feel free to do so when you sign up, or after via PayPal or Venmo (details in your confirmation email).
